Job Application: QA Manager - Patient Concierge Team

As QA Manager, you’ll play a vital role in making sure our Patient Concierge team delivers consistently excellent service across every call, text, and email. Your work will directly impact the patient experience, client satisfaction, and the growth of our company.


What You’ll Do

  • Listen to inbound and outbound calls, flag issues, and score each interaction using our QA tracking sheet
  • Review Patient Concierge text messages and emails to ensure they reflect our tone, standards, and policies
  • Monitor soft skills, phone skills, and adherence to call policies and SOPs
  • Identify and document trends — both team-wide patterns and individual coaching opportunities
  • Provide constructive feedback and partner with leadership to close gaps between training and real-world execution
  • Collaborate closely with the Team Lead and Director of Patient Concierge to improve communication standards and team performance
  • Jump in as needed to act as backup on phone coverage or support the PC team during busy times or outages
  • Participate in regular review and calibration sessions to improve consistency and scoring quality
